1. Agreement Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings made through SportUp Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”).
SportUp Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers (such as hotels, sports clubs, and local agencies). We assist in arranging and facilitating bookings but do not operate or own the events, accommodations, or services directly.
2. Services Provided
SportUp Travel helps you secure access to premium sports tickets, accommodations, and matchday experiences.
We are not responsible for the actual performance of services provided by third parties.
Our role is limited to arranging and confirming bookings on your behalf.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
For bundled packages (e.g., tickets + accommodation, matchday experiences): a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event, unless otherwise stated.
For tickets only: full payment is required at the time of booking. All ticket-only sales are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If SportUp Travel or its booking partner makes an error in your reservation, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
If the event itself is cancelled, postponed, or altered by the organizer, SportUp Travel is not liable, and refunds will depend solely on the organizer’s refund policy.
Client cancellations: refunds (if applicable) are subject to the terms of third-party providers and may include cancellation fees.
5. Booking Modifications
You may request modifications (such as name changes, upgraded services, or new dates). Approval depends on availability and the timing relative to the event.
Additional costs may apply. Close-to-event modifications are usually not possible.
6. Force Majeure
SportUp Travel is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions).
7. Guest Responsibilities
Ensure that all personal information provided is accurate.
Ensure that you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, etc.) if applicable.
Respect local laws, regulations, and the rules of venues and service providers.
You are responsible for any damages caused due to your negligence or misconduct.
8. Liability
SportUp Travel does not bear liability for the actions, omissions, or failures of third-party providers.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking with SportUp Travel.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Belgrade.
